“At CV Partner we try to stay up to date with regards to competencies and skills. The European e-Competence Framework (e-CF) has helped us and the users of our solution offer more precise description of their competencies. We have many consultancies and professional service vendors as users and having support for the European e-Competence Framework (e-CF) was a feature desired by many of the users. We have therefore implemented the taxonomy which allows our users to easily add their competency in their CVs and References to use them in tenders, bids and offers as well as for internal search for competency and HR related tasks such as recruiting and management.”
