AppCert has presented the CareerTracker tool to ITPE, which offers a software platform that supports organisations and employees in optimising their capabilities. The tool uses the e-CF as well as other references to provide insights into the individual competencies of employees. The tool includes targeted personal development and training programs with tracked progress and can be used to offer employees a personal growth path.
