Daniel Krupka

As Managing Director, Daniel Krupka represents the German Informatics Society to the public, politics, business, and associations, maintains external national and international relations, and manages the office in Berlin. He is responsible for GI projects, for example, on artificial intelligence, on computer and digital education and digital sovereignty, on data literacy and data science.
Daniel Krupka represents the Gesellschaft für Informatik, among others, in the advisory board of the nationwide computer science competitions, in the German AI Campus, in the Council of European Professional Informatics Societies (CEPIS) or the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) and participates in the thematic network Information and Communication Technology of the Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech). Daniel Krupka studied Public Policy and Management at the University of Konstanz, Jiao Tong University in Shanghai (PR China) and York University in Toronto (Canada).
