European Commission releases adjusted work programme

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the European Commission has been forced to adjust its planned work programme. The Commission remains committed to deliver on its most important initiatives, the European Green Deal and the Digital Strategy. However, some work will need to be restructured.

Several documents relevant to CEPIS and its Members’ work have been postponed: the updating of the Skills Agenda for Europe (moved to Q3 2020, but remains a priority), the updating of the Digital Skills Agenda (moved to Q3), and the follow-up to the White Paper on AI (moved to Q1 2021). The full changes of the scheduled documents can be found in Annex I of the Adjusted Work Programme.
