European stakeholders must enhance cooperation to deliver needed ICT workforce, study finds

A new study highlights an urgent need to discover new fundamentals of cooperation between European policymakers, enterprises, higher education and the actors of the private education sector to be able to provide the needed quality workforce in the ICT sector. Stakeholder companies could simultaneously support better integration of new professionals into the market, by involving them in company-specific trainings and real-life ICT projects during their education.
