Marie Montaldo

Marie is Project Communications Manager at DIGITALEUROPE — the leading trade association representing digitally transforming industries in Europe. She leads the communication activities of EU-funded projects related to the topic of digital skills – such as the European Software Skills Alliance (ESSA) — and supports the stakeholder outreach activities.
Marie worked for several years as a Project Coordinator on Erasmus+ transnational projects in the field of Higher Education and led the communication and doctoral activities of one of the leading university networks in Brussels. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing communication strategies and dissemination actions, producing visual assets, and organising on-site and online events.
Previously, she was also involved in policy advocacy work on topics such as doctoral education and training, mobility, and employability and coordinated the design, writing and submission of successful Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships projects.
Marie holds a master’s degree in Communications and Project Management and a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies from the University Côte d’Azur. She also holds a two-year degree in Marketing from the I.U.T. Nice Sophia-Antipolis.
